The 2012 summer fishing off the coast of Oahu has been hot hot hot! The Yellowfin Tuna ( Ahi ) have arrived and are surface feeding on flying fish, shrimp  and small fish. This makes for amazing trolling action and top water bites that have to be seen to be believed. A 200 pound Ahi blasting a bait at full speed will definitely make your jaw drop. The Blue Marlin are also in town which keeps everyone on their toes. Capt. Dave and Captain Jerrold got a nice Blue in the 400 pound range this month along with over 20 Ahi in the 100 to 200 pound range.
