Natural blue color of Mahi Mahi

The natural blue color of the Mahi Mahi is rarely seen onboard a boat. The “Dorado” (or “Dolfin Fish”) gets it’s name because of the color change from it’s natural blue color to the familiar bright greenish/blue & yellow, as the fish is hooked & fighting its blue color quickly changes to the green/yellow.  This is a rare shot of a Mahi Mahi in its “blue”!
